Refund policy

We want you to love your glow. If you're not happy, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email [cozylanterns@outlook.com] with your order number. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is issued to the original payment method within [5–10] business days. [State who pays return shipping.] Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge.
